Stop Camera Auto Height

This mod only changes one setting for FreeCamera: MoveCameraAtCurrentFloorHeight (False) I didn't like how the camera jumped up and down while scrolling around. The only downside of this is that the height of the camera focus will stay fixed. If you right click on your active para, it will set the focus on them + adjusts the height to where they currently are. For me, this is an okay trade off.
