2 bed 2 bath starter home

A cute 2 bed 2 bath house. This was built on the lot just up from the Vargas house shop and is opposite the wheat field plot. It has been play tested with minimal furniture. Both bedrooms have a balcony. I have tested placing the lot several times and only one thing seems to move out of place which is a beam above the front porch. You can use the advanced move tool to lower it again. Hope you like it :)
