What this mod adds
A 3 bedroom, 2 bath luxury villa I made in a Spanish architectural style. There is a garage on the ground floor in the event cars are added to the game in the future. This was really done to test the limits of build mode in the beta. Place this in the lot space next to the Kim Household for now. It costs 98,628 Paradimes to buy. Comes fully furnished. Enjoy!
