What A Bargain!
A starter studio suitable for 1 or 2 Parafolk. It was built for one of the smallest and cheapest lots in town. I wanted to keep it small and simple but still have everything any Parafolk could need for their day to day. SInce it's pretty low cost, your Para will have some funds left over that'll act as a bit of a buffer as they get into the swing of things with their new life!
