"Refurbished" style starter home! Made for the trash lot by the gym, but it can go on any of the similar sized lots (I wouldn't recommend a smaller lot as it's already kind of a tight fit) Left with about $4200 after the starting $35000. 2 Bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 guest restroom.
