Designed for my household of eight roommates, this Scandinavian-inspired apartment building has been reimagined into a community-focused living space. The ground floor has been converted into a gym and fitness area, while the top floor is dedicated to hobbies, creative projects, and shared activities. Fill the empty spaces as you see fit! The two middle floors contain four spacious two-bedroom apartments, giving each pair of roommates their own private living space while still enjoying the benefits of communal amenities. With open-concept layouts, shared gathering areas, and plenty of room for both socializing and privacy, this build is perfect for players who enjoy managing a large household while giving every Para a place to call home. Ideal for roommate stories, co-living communities, university-style gameplay, or simply keeping a big group together under one roof!
