Personality Level 20

Increases the Personality Level cap from 12 to 20. You will gain 2 additional stat points, an additional Talent and Vibe. Both the Talen and Vibe can be fully upgraded. Works fine with other mods that add new Vibes or Talents. DISCLAIMER: If you get the following error message "Personality upgrades are still being worked on and improved" That is an Early Access issue and it just means the devs have not fully implemented all the upgrades for every vibe, talent or social perk. An example is the Social Perk "Good at Taking Care of Others" as of right now that perk has no upgrades associated with it so it is not a fault of my mod but just the devs still working on things.
