Blood Puddle Decal

A decal of a blood puddle. I've made this scalable and resizable for your decorating pleasure. I achieved the "dragged" look with the advanced rotation tool by lengthening one axis and shortening the other. This shows up in the decal section. You can also find it by typing "blood" or "puddle" in the building search.
