Delinquents of Pluto Clan

No CC/ Basic Level These two are distant relatives of Pluto Clan. You could make them couple or just friend or just play one of them. You can also make them teen. I tried to create outfits which look okay on both teen and YA. You can also delete student outfits (2nd) before moving them in town if you want them to look more mature :) Actually, do whatever you want with them.
