Quicker Energy recharge (Sleep)

I was using other quicker sleep mods, but they were too fast for me. Another didn't seem to work (maybe because of the mod issue). So, I checked the game control panel and it recharged sleep at 0.6 per unit. According to my math, that would take 16 hours to fully recharge an exhausted Para! In this mod, I changed this to 1.25, which means 8 hours to fully recharge. It's absolutely easy to do this yourself. Go to: 1. Main menu 2. Mods 3. Create a Mod 4. Edit Mod 5. Control Panel 6. Needs 7. Play around and adjust Note: I use AI to make my thumbnail because I suck at drawing and it was super quick. If it is a rule against using AI, let me know.
