Toddler Passive Exp Gain for Skills

Each time a toddler sleeps, their skill experience for Potty & Language will increase by 4 experience points. This Mod won't level the skill up. If a toddler is within ~4 XP of levelling up the skill, then no exp will be gained when sleeping. To Level up the skill, the toddler will need to use the Potty (Potty skill) or have/use Together Cards, talk to Plushies, read "Educational Book" found in build mode (Language skill). Once Levelled up, the EXP gain when sleeping will work again. This mod is aimed at helping speed up exp gain for Potty & Language Skills for toddlers (especially if playing on shorter lifespans). This mod doesn't affect Baby life stage Paras. *Added quality of life tweaks!* 1. Toddlers can now talk to Plushies to gain Language Exp (no limit on levelling up the skill with this interaction). Just make sure the toy has the "Plushies" tag in build mode. 2. Toddlers can now get an Apple (Snack) from the Fridge. I've had lots of issues/bugs with the high chair and thought the toddler being able to get snacks would be really helpful.
