Split level 3 bed house

**when placing lot, hold shift so it sinks into the ground** 3 bed split level home. I have placed sparse furniture and fully tested it. It can be buggy if you try editing the walls as the game mechanics aren't yet great for building a split level house but it works as is. The stairs have also been tested and work fine.
