Better Fast Forward Sound - No More Grating Fast Forward

A little mod to make the fast forward sounds less grating. Pause, fast forward, and ultra fast forward sounds replaced with the 'play' click, and with their pitches adjusted accordingly. All four sound effects have also had their volume lowered.
