Buy any Property (Bills OFF)

This allows you to purchase any property (I have set all the Property cost multipliers to 1, from 10). I have also enabled the user to visit any location as it was disabled by default. They are very expensive so 'ctrl + F1' ; 'setmoney ....' will help purchase areas with '....' being the value you want your currency to be at. This version has all bills turned off, including residential - so even if you do not purchase other properties, you won't have lot bills.
