Placeable Bus Stops and Signs

Adds Bus Stops and signs to the "Misc Architecture" category. You can place these on your home lot, or on any other lot using the ToggleEditTown cheat. IMPORTANT: For it to be possible to travel to a bus stop in game, you must place a sign next to it. The game uses signs to know where bus stops are, not the bus stops themselves. Note: When deleting a sign, it won't be removed from the map until you reload the save.
