Mediterranean House

Mediterranean Spanish style home. One bedroom, one and a half bathroom. The lot is next to the train station next to the school. Enjoy :) PSA: Terrain paint is not working on this lot when you place it, I've tried to fix it and haven't found it yet. When you load in all you have to do is place gravel at the entrance via the terrain paint in the build mode (in landscaping), rocks are laid out to guide you.
