Luxury Beach House

Based on Californian mediterranian-style homes. Gated yard with outdoor kitchen, two window reading nooks, a bathtub looking over the sea, and an attic library/board game room. 2 bedroom 2 bath (some quick edits can easily make it 3 or 4 bedrooms). California mandates all beaches have public access, so the side road is to allow community members to also access the beach.
