It's okay to potty

This mod hotfixes the day-1 bug where your Para gets embarrassed whenever they have to use a public restroom, or use a toilet when someone is anywhere nearby, even outside the bathroom etc. Note: This will probably be fixed by the devs directly shortly so this is a hotfix - as such, it will also make your para shameless when urinating in public or 1ft away from someone staring at you. A fine tradeoff for now, in my opinion.
