Greenroofs

Greenroofs is a charming old Town house situated at the old town of Melino directly neighbouring the Elementary School and the Central Plaza. As most of the Town houses here it has a cellar which is partly used as laundry. Recently the house has been renovated, so it’s now offering modern comfort. It’s fitting for a couple or a young family. NOTE The second bedroom isn't completely furnished, so you can easily complete to your likings or change it into a nursery. This house is a slightly enhanced version of the original building here. Placing it elsewhere might cause strange results, especially because the bulletin board downstairs to the train station is part of the lot. As the cellar is not really a basement but rather a lowered ground floor, moving or placing walls there is risky. Before doing so, save your game!
