What this mod adds
Built on the empty lot near the town center. 1 bed/1.5 bath. I added a small bar as a placeholder on the ground floor. even has that guy who neveeeerrrr leaves and thinks all the bartenders love him just sitting there. He's wrong btw, everyone thinks he's the worst.
