Cozy blue town house

A cozy 3 story town house with a little backyard and winter garden/conservatory. This ist my very first build upload and just a fleshed out version of my current playthrough. Some joices might seam strange to you, but honestly I like it too much to not upload. Disclaimer: You need to fix the backyard after placing, as terrain can't be imported as of now.
