You can either easily place these stairs, build a deck, or just leave it as-is and only use the front door (surprisingly common with trailer homes). There is a known bug with the front door. It was widened using the advanced movement tools, so when you move or place the house it might be mirrored (it will open inward toward the kitchen instead of inward toward the wall). While this should be fine, if you want to fix it, you can simply click the door in build mode and flip it using the button at the bottom of the screen.
