60k 3 Bedroom, 1.5 Bath Victorian style family home Semi-furnished, mostly just put in to check room sizes, please furnish to fit your paras. The bath is functional, although the shelves I used to build it in to the space might move when you place the lot. You can put them back or replace with a freestanding tub. The fake ceilings on the porches might also be a problem. Sorry, just an early access bug with the advanced placement tool. Landscaping is minimal and terrain paint probably won't place with the lot. I included pictures so you can recreate mine if you want.
