[vyx] Look Up! Camera Tweaks

Adjusted camera settings so that looking up isn't as restrictive in certain zoom levels. Play around with the zoom and camera position to adjust the camera height (the further you zoom out, the higher you'll be and vice versa.) Each example was taken in the same camera position & zoom level to showcase the camera angle limitation of an unmodded vs modded camera.
