What this mod adds
This Small Family House has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an office room and an open plan living, kitchen and dining room.
This build is located next to the Maggie's Loft lot, please note that for some reason 2 of the rooms upstairs do not have a ceiling and no matter what I tried to do it would not fix it.
