Apartment + Tattoo Parlor

Apartment unit with a Tattoo Parlor with an optional tiny shell challenge on the second floor. Pictures might be slightly outdated but generally consistent with the internals of the building. I also use CC for this in order to have extra mailboxes and access to the debug mode items, as well as the Little Business mod, but you can place without those and replace the missing items if you desire. For a bit of lore, the finished apartment is for my para, Shawn, who decided to move to Melino with the dream of opening his own tattoo parlor. Luck would have it though that he opened directly in front of his competition, so time will tell how that pans out for him! (Currently he sells paintings because you can't actually make money off making tattoos for people just yet) Shell Challenge Rules: Walls must remain the same externally (and window and door placement), but the internals can be edited however you please. I have made a "beginning-to-be-made" bathroom in there if you need a starter point. Have fun!
