Ancient Eyes Highlight

Eye highlight inspired by the ancients in FFXIV, including version with highlight details in outer iris and without. The version with just spokes looks a little weird in the thumbnail but in my opinion reads well at a distance with the native iris textures. Works best at lower opacities. May combine into variants in the future but that was causing issues with replacing other highlights initially. Many thanks to Via's guide
