What this mod adds
The Adams was a home offered pre-cut by the Aladdin Company of Bay City, Michigan. This version of the Adams was offered in their 1925 Catalog. It comes with a pre made kitchen and bathroom, as well as closets for all three bedrooms. It has both a front porch and at-grade side door.
It should be navigable for paras, and the side door and basement are acessible
