Switch Households Lists

Adds a button to switch households over the Build button. You can now pick the household you want to switch to out of a list instead of having to find their house on a map. You can even switch to homeless paras! Click on the blue "Current Household" button to get the list of other households! Homeless Paras seem to spawn in the middle of the ocean. Using the "unstuck" button respawns them near the train station. Disclaimer: I do not know how to code, I'm just pressing buttons in the control panel
