Subtle Time Speed Audio

The sound effects when speeding up time (especially at Speed 2) really annoyed me, so I replaced them with versions based on the regular speed sound instead. Each speed level now uses the same base sound with a slightly higher pitch to help distinguish between them. No game audio files were directly edited, I used custom containers instead.
