More Stat Points + Higher Stat Max + No Requirement to Use All

Almost double the amount of stat points distributed over lifetime, higher individual stat ceiling in para creator, and you are not required to allocate all stat points. I like playing with characters with a wider range of abilities, so I wanted to have more points to allocate but not have to allocate all of them for every character. I wanted the extra stat points to feel natural so they have been allocated throughout the lifespan, with 1 extra point given to toddlers, 1 extra to preteens, 2 extra to teens, 1 extra to young adults, and 1 given to adults. Additionally, the maximum value of each stat has been increased to 5 to compensate for the almost doubled amount of total points and also to create more variety in parafolk's comparative stat levels. Increasing that stat maximum further breaks the UI. Note: I am still figuring out how to integrate the higher possible stat levels into the actual gameplay. This is essentially for flavor/roleplay right now but I am working on it.
