Build Mode (Experiment version)

This has taken me a while, but I gave a go at redesigning the Build mode UI (including adding about 30+ new icons) to include some other options and see how incorporating headers/ children work within each other. This is me experimenting with the UI, so if you happen to download, let me know what you think. It isnt finished as I will be taking what I've learnt about the games structure and putting it into a finite version, which I hope to leave 'WallDecor' and some other tags for user mods, so the tag is the same
