What to make a rags to riches, but you already built a town house next to the pharmacy? This lot edit has you covered.
I kept most of the original but did build off some. Mainly fighting to make the shipping container debug item into a house.
I failed in that respect, maybe the devs will add the texter as a wall/floor/ceiling paint if we ask really nicely.
