Longfarm Cottage

Lite cottage-style villa with an annexe and greenhouse. Full of clutter and nooks and crannies. Fully functional(*) but pretty costly (134 998P + ~10 000 plot). Main house - Entrance hall, living room, separated WC with washbasin, dining room, kitchen with walk-in pantry. First floor : 1 bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, 1 guest bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 separated WC, 1 office. Barn - renovated to house a gymroom with WC and a shower room on the ground floor. First floor is an artistic studio with WC and washbasin. Also, a greenhouse cuz it's cool. KNOWN ISSUES : *Regarding the barbecue : as it is, it is not functionnal but you can delete the kitchen counter that it's stacked on and it'll be right as rain! 1) When you load the house on the plot, sadly any work done to the ground (leveling, paint brush) does not come with it. Hopefully devs will patch that someday soon! 2) A few items went... kinda crazy with advanced placement (* key) and have disappeared from my plot, they may reappear once you load the house. I've been made aware that a HUGE shelf may appear in the living room wall, just sell it. [shelf one should be fixed but othe object may still appear] 3) the main house ground floor being lifted of the ground, walls are not displayed when in half-wall view - I sadly cannot do anything about that. I figured a way to avoid said issue when building the barn so it's not affected but I couldn't, for the life of me, remove the Walls of the main house and spend 20h+ recreating it all. So yep… let's pray for a patch someday. 4) Picture frames appear empty - that's my bad. I loaded a whole bunch of Van Gogh's paintings in my game to use in frames and I didn't foresee that others wouldn't get them. I'm very sorry about it. I can set up a file to share with said pics if in 5) There's a random censored (?) square in the main house bathroom when looking down at the washbasin - I tried looking into it but I've no idea why it does that, sorry.
