To get 35k as your starter fund, you need to select stella (the dog) as your story teller as you get 5k more. I went a bit overboard with spending on this and it is still quite empty in some parts. It works out as that can be an area you decorate yourself once your paras have earned some money (or other ways of getting money) Don't ask about the colour scheme because idk either. I built for 3 straight hours and my vision is getting blurry (I'm not wearing my glasses)
