StoneSword Lot Bachelor Pad (1Bed 1Bath)

A fashionable home perfect for a bachelor or a young couple furnished and decorated with taste and zest but still leaving room for growth. Do forgive the lack of detail on the objects, i lowered the resolution to prevent crashes--it worked, btw! It's meant as the successor/evolution of my previous build (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3739755850) and made for the StoneSword Lot that's next to the Patel Household, in front of the lighthouse. Features 1 bed, 1 bath, but you can rearrange the livingroom back to the main hall and use that as a second bedroom. The main hall is also big enough to have a staircase if you build a second story, just place it above the firewood and bookcase. The livingroom has a tv, speakers, bookcases, a couch, keyboard and plenty of surfaces to place decor and collectibles. The art on top of the bookcase at the back is actually a debug item you can't normally buy, but it's not a mod or CC its an ingame asset. It's like, an in-universe picture of Melino. The kitchen seats 4 and has all appliances(can't recommend the Kitchen Awakening | Interactive Appliances mod enough, it allows you to use the toaster for a snack and the coffemachines for a quick energy boost). There's 2 stools for decoration but they're tucked in so they don't get in the way. There's also a small backporch with a grill, old fridge and a counter you can use and an outdoor dining space. The backyard also has yoga to exercise, and a bunch of decor. I lowkey love it. There's a ton of mushrooms too, construction material, a shipping container and even a canon lol. The dumpster and recycling trashcan at the back dont stop you from using the back alley tho. The bathroom is cramped but it works no problem! The bedroom has a double bed, 4 swords, a record player, a desk, and an easel. There's actually 4 easels around the place, with 3 of them usable. The front yard is full of flowers, but it's still a work in progress and the back even more so, for ludonarrative reasons. i also mean to turn the shipping container into a gym and bath on the next iteration of this build and make the fourth easel and the telescope useable. All in all its a lovely house only needing YOU to turn it into a home!...and maybe a dog, but there's no pets in the game yet so, ykno.
