# PLAY THE PARALOTTERY Ever wanted your Paras to be able to experience the joy of winning on a lottery ticket? Or the feeling of wanting to try JUST ONE MORE? Well now you can -with the introduction of the new ParaLottery! ## FEATURES ### Current - Purchase a lottery ticket ($20) from the phone menu (By clicking on your character) - Base 30% chance to win based on your Para - Chance to win $200 or lose your $20 - Full notifications - Currently using the Newspaper Reading animation - Basic repurposed sound effects ### Roadmap - Win or Lose based completely on chance and odds rather than Para needs - Custom dream card "dream of winning big" that increases chances of winning the lottery that day - Global luck modifier - New moods "lucky" "lotto winner" and "lotto loser" depending on lottery results - Purchase actual inventory item lotto tickets of various prices and prize pools at the shops and not on the phone - Win different amounts/odds based on the ticket - Custom scratch off animations - Custom animations when winning and losing - Addition of an actual Para Lottery, drawn once a week - Watch TV or read the newspaper to check Lottery results - Use the phone Lottery app to buy numbers for the Lottery, and scratch off tickets only at the store This is a roadmap and subject to change. This is in order of complexity and probably order. Have more ideas? Feel free to give suggestions! ## DESCRIPTION This is my first mod, EVER so please be kind. Modding Paralives is new in general and there are a lot of questions, few resources, and only so much time in the day to play with the mod. I hope everyone can see the vision and appreciate the mod for what it is! I will be working to improve the mod more as I continue to learn more about modding. ## INSTALLATION Subscribe on Steam Workshop to download the mod. I believe you can even do this without having to restart the game. Other installation methods not supported. This mod does not have any dependencies. ## COMPATIBILITY / SUPPORT Please leave a comment on this mod, I will later be setting up a dedicated place. If anything goes wrong, Unsubscribe from the mod and Resubscribe, especially after updates.
