Split-Level 45k House

I finally finished my first Paralives House! This house is split-level with the third floor over the bottom floor! It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a extra room on the top floor that is currently an office, but it can be made into a bedroom if you need more space. It cost 45k, but that won't cover the land cost, so keep that in mind. Unfortunately it appears that Paralives currently has no way to share the terrain, so when you place the lot you will want to mess with the land height so it looks right. If Paralives adds a way in the future, I'll reupload this. Hope You Like It! (ps - some of the photos look a bit weird because of the compression, it looks better in game)
