Realistic Height

I've done my best to match up Para heights & genetics with data from the WHO (standard deviation based height groups and slight height scale adjustment). Activating the mod should adjust all current Paras to the new height scale (mostly just a slight shrink). For adult heights: 0 is now 1.44 (3rd standard deviation woman), 50 is now 170 (average of the mean of men and women), and 100 is now 1.98 (3rd standard deviaition man). It should scale correctly for all lower ages as well (as correct as I could make it, at least).
