Modern Home with a Basement

A clean and modern house for a family of up to four (or five, if you convert the basement gym into a bedroom). The interior style is less cluttered and more "staged" than my other builds, but I hope it still feels like a home. I went with a rich, moody color scheme with a lot of dark teal and plum with pops of muted pink. When placing in your world, you want the cellar windows to be just above the grass line (like in the thumbnail).
