Loft Apartment Townhome 1BR/1.5BA Modern Industrial Apartment with Jeweltone Aesthetic Features a rooftop container garden with grill and dining table. Full Laundry included. Utilized content creator Simmary's floorplan for the lot guidance and essentially treated it as shell challenge from the ground up. Building it myself and learning Paralives building tools along the way. This was my fourth build in the game and I wanted to challenge myself with the architecture. This build included a foundation platforming and a lofted structure that took some trial and error to get right. Lots of building and rebuilding. Custom art prints used are from real artists. Ample space on the balcony to add a hot tub if someone adds a mod they get added to the game! Install your own smoke detectors, that's your own business. They look ugly.
