Experimental mod to allow unnatural hair and eyes to be genetic
Hair and eye color use the Punnet System
By default eye colors are : Blue, Green and Brown
hair colors are : Blond, Brown and Black (For the smart folks YEAH, this means the game considers red/orange to be an unnatural color)
I've made unnatural colors be both genetic and dominant. The order of dominance is like so:
Brown -> Unnatural -> Green -> Blue
Black -> Unnatural -> Brown -> Blond

By my analysis, colors in general are chosen by the swatches. I've added no new swatches as of late. So you can give your parent green hair, but the game will cycle through the swatches for unnatural hair which are pink, blue, red or purple, sometimes. Same for eyes - seems to rotate between red, pink, yellow, and black.
Basically, you will never get the exact color of your parents. This applies for blond, brown, etc. It's a core part of Paralives' color picking system. You can test it yourself.
This is experimental as of now. It's worked in the paramaker just fine. The swatch system sucks ass, but I'm thinking up a system to make it work. For now - this is bare bones. It just adds the unnatural gene to make it genetic.

The swatch dependent genetic system does mean that if you download a mod that adds more swatches that were specifically linked to the Hair_Unnatural/Eye_Unnatural phenotype, then my mod will allow cycling through those swatches for the children.
(Unnatural Skin is a future possibility, but at the moment Paralives does not have any default unnatural skin swatches. Adding a bunch of custom swatches like that would take a lot of work so I want to see what this game does first. It's still early access)
