Deceptively small family home

This build is more of a proof of concept than my usual cluttered thingy. Proof of concept of what, you ask? Attics. You heard it here first, it's totally doable. If you choose to play in this house you might want to delete the fake ceilings I placed for screenshots - they are placed via the advanced modify tool and tend to... just do whatever, mostly moving around on their own, for reasons I haven't yet figured out. 4br, 3ba + a garage and a shed that i kinda forgot about when furnishing.
