Country-chic Modern Split-level

This is a beautiful modern split-level house that was made to fit on the smallest lot for sale, so it should fit anywhere! It has a loft-style bed and study with the bathroom, kitchen, and small living space on the main floor. I have included a computer, painting easel, yoga mat, guitar, and telescope for hobbies. All areas are accessible and working on a 2-level design. (It's easier to reach the items in the kitchen and bathroom by lowering the walls to hide the exterior - I have added a ton of cute clutter!
