Bob the Builder meme

Bob is here because Paralives currently needs a Parafolk for town editing and building mode. Instead of creating some random dummy character, I made Bob the Builder because why not This is basically a meme character with a very important job: standing around while you redesign half the town, move houses, rebuild neighborhoods, and pretend everything is going according to plan. Can we fix it? Yes we can.
