Big Ol' House

Larger older style cliffside house with Modern Addition, older basement with storage, and ad-on rec room under the modern addition. Basically, I built a fixer upper from scratch that feels like it has some history. There's also a little parcel of farm land :) Basements are not officially supported! To place click the move button before confirming, the hold shift and move your mouse up and down till the basement windows are completely but barely above the ground the place it, rotate it and do any final movement adjustments before confirming its location. I recommend placing this on the same lot as its pictured on, or place it in the sandbox first to remove all the props and landscaping before saving it and placing in on your desired lot. Also the grasses, pavements, and crops for the farm land will need to be placed manually.
