Artist’s cosy Treehouse

A cosy treehouse, built by an artist, overlooking the hillside forest of the Astronomy Society. Its showpiece is the large window front, which was crafted from various windows salvaged from old buildings in Melino. Beneath the sleeping area in the loft are the kitchen and, in a separate space, the small bathroom with a bathtub offering a direct view of the greenery. From the terrace, a platform supported by trees, you have a breathtaking view over Melino’s castle square. There is also a viewing spot right in the tree for stargazing or keeping an eye on your new neighbours. It is equipped with solar panels and a water purifier. If you sell it and the artwork, you’ll get a house for just a little over the starting capital of a Paras.
