Currently, the award trophies for accomplishing the secrets will spawn in the inventory and not come out, this is a bug which I have reported. Just sell the item and either keep the cash, or use the paradimes to buy one from the catalog. Mod will be updated as the game updates. Bug where mod was overriding some interactions (with beds, desks, etc.) had been fixed! Please update mod.
