3 Moorend Street

My first build in this game :) A fictional British style detached house with bay windows, currently furnished as a 1 bed, 1 bathroom per the household requirements I built it for however there is a study room which could be changed to become a second smaller bedroom. Some of the rooms are slightly bugged so the floors are a bit messed up (which means it is a bit difficult to change the carpets of some rooms) however the rest has been furnished fully with a landing room, living room, kitchen, dining room, utility room, master bedroom, bathroom and a study/storage room. The garden is a bit wild and there is a "driveway" area at the front. House price is ₱48,902 Not sure if the game allows it but if you wish to build upon this / re-furnish it and upload that then you are welcome to do so :D
