McDonald's

Trying to see how much we can do in early access. You can buy the lot using the mod 'Edit Venues' and then bulldoze the lot. The custom paintings/icons can just be images found and downloaded on the web. I fixed the food items from my previous McDonald's lot upload so you can buy and eat the burgers in the restaurant (have to sell the lot again for it to work properly though). Still a couple issues with not being able to talk to some patrons. Hopefully later on in the early access, we will get more options to purchase and edit public lots.
